Optics + Ultrasound VII

The Optics + Ultrasound VII will take place in Glasgow on the 5-6 september 2024.

This will cover all aspects of combining light and sound. Suggested topics include: laser ultrasonics/ photoacoustic imaging / ultrasound modulated optical tomography / modelling of light sound interaction / elastography / phononics / acoustic microscopy / non destructive testing / medical imaging / generation / detection / novel contrast agents e.g. nanoparticles, microbubbles / reconstruction algorithms / thin films / structure materials / transducers and sensors.

Oral and poster presentations are invited.

Please note that abstract submission deadline is 31st July 2024.

Registration fees are: £60 IOP member, £45 student IOP member, £90 non-member, £55 student non-member.
