3 international seminars covering different aspects of Noise & Vibration Engineering

The KU Leuven LMSD division organize three international seminars, all covering different aspects of Noise & Vibration Engineering.

ISMA47 – 47th International Seminar on Modal Analysis

ISMA is a two-day seminar on modal analysis. The seminar is set up as a general introduction with the focus on data acquisition. It is an intensive training course, in which abstract theory is illustrated by multiple industrial case studies. This unique mix of theory and practice gives the participant the opportunity to share his/her experience and to go into discussion with other experts in the field of structural dynamics.
This seminar is mainly oriented towards persons with (some) background in structural dynamics. The course language is English.

ISAAC33 – 33rd International Seminar on Applied Acoustics

ISAAC is a two-day seminar on applied acoustics, which is set up as an extended overview of the state-of-the-art on acoustics. The seminar is application oriented with emphasis on background principles and on practical use of both numerical and experimental methods. The course is illustrated with relevant case studies and real life demonstrations.
This seminar is oriented towards researchers and engineers active in the field of Noise & Vibration Engineering. The course language is English.

ISAMS01 – 1st International Seminar on Applied Mecha(tro)nic Simulation

ISAMS is a two-day seminar on applied mecha(tro)nic simulation. This two-day course covers the various stages and tools involved in system level modelling for mecha(tro)nic dynamical systems. It is set up as a general introduction with the emphasis on various simulation formalisms, focusing on a range of practical guidelines in the definition of the mecha(tro)nic simulation models.
This seminar is mainly oriented towards persons with (some) background in the field of mecha(tro)nics and dynamics. The course language is English.
