We are seeking a Senior R&D Lead to contribute to our technology design and scientific direction. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, shaping the next generation of acoustic metamaterials and driving the transition from advanced research to industrial products.
You will work directly with the founding team and play a key role in technology differentiation, IP strategy, and product performance.
